The uber-cool Ned hotel extends its retro vibe to the fabulous spa – a luxurious oasis of art deco inspired calm away from the hustle and bustle of The City. As well as a delightful mosaiced 20m pool, the spa has a sauna, steam room and traditional Moroccan hamman. There’s also an awesome rooftop pool, but it’s only available to Ned club members – at 10m it’s not great for length swimmers but it’s gold-dust for the gram.
There are 8 treatment rooms offering a selection of innovative treatments, including the Urban Warrior anti-pollution facial, and Ned’s Parlour can sort you out with a fresh trim before you hit reality again.
To grace the spa you used to have to be a club member, or hotel guest, but now you can use the spa as a day guest Monday to Friday. But you have to spend £300 on treatments as a friend of a member, or £400 for other non members. Hotel guests who book direct with the hotel receive complimentary day spa access while staying at The Ned.
You’re also free to dine in any of the Ned’s 10(!) restaurants (apart from members-only Millie’s). Great for celeb-spotting too. While a visit to this former bank doesn’t come cheap, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling a million dollars.
