There’s a thoughtful emphasis on holistic treatments and ‘recovery’ breaks too. Several staff members have received specialist training and there are treatments which have been designed for people who have recently undergone chemotherapy treatment.
Residents have free use of the thermal suite and hydro pool for 90 minutes, bookable in advance. There’s a small charge for non-residents, which is reduced/waived if you’re having treatments.

Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa, though the hotel itself is family-friendly.
The dual treatment room – for friends or couples – makes the most of the spa’s seaview setting, with full floor-to-ceiling windows embracing the sight and sound of the sea.

Reception will happily talk you through options.
The hotel also offers village self-catering apartments – one and two bed apartments a short walk from the hotel. Apartments are in the same style as the main hotel, just 5 minutes from the beach, and some are dog friendly.
