The spa’s a destination in its own right. With a focus on health benefits that last beyond the massage couch. Assessment and wellness education are as much of a priority as in-the-moment wellbeing. Guests can book a consultation and receive a personalised wellness ‘pathway’.
Spa facilities are set over two floors and combine the relaxation elements of a luxury spa, with the expertise and approach of a medi-spa clinic, enabling guests to re-boot areas of their health and wellbeing and make lasting changes to their lives.
The spa blends luxury and serenity with more innovative and ‘out there’ treatments, including cryotherapy, where your body is briefly chilled-down in a -110-degree chamber. Devotees and Wim Hof wannabees claim that this uber-cool treatment triggers a range of benefits, ranging from improved sports prowess to migraine reduction.
Other spa facilities include: • 18 Treatment rooms – including a Dual Treatment Room • Hydrotherpy pool • 20m indoor pool • Steam Room • Experience showers • Hot tub • Hammam for up to 6 • Sauna • Salt room – overlooking the courtyard vitality pool • Japanese foot spa • Indoor and outdoor gym • Pool hoist • Beauty salon • Spa restaurant.
There’s also a spa clinic, offering assessments plus wellness and specialist treatments.
